There are direct flights to Limoges and Tour airports(both about an hour and 3/4's from the farmhouse) with Ryanair, Air France and Flybe. There is a motorway exit approx. 25 mins from the property and it is just over 5 hours from Calais. It is just a couple of hours south of Paris and it is possible to get a train direct to St Amand Montrond.

Mains water and mains electricity go right past the property and so are easily connected to. There is no mains drainage close by, so permission for an individual system will be required which is straightforward as there is sufficient land. The property also has its own well.

This is a lovely part of France with many pretty villages to explore as well as rivers and forests.
